The Walther J. Jacobs-Stutenpreis is a Group 3 flat horse race in Germany which is open to thoroughbred fillies and mares aged three years or older. It is run at Bremen over a distance of 2,200 metres (about 1 mile and 3 furlongs), and it is scheduled to take place each year in August.
The event was formerly known as the "Grosser Stutenpreis von Bremen", and it used to be classed at Listed level. It was promoted to Group 3 status in 2004, and it was given its present title in 2005. This was in memory of Walther J. Jacobs (1907–1998), a leading German racehorse breeder who founded the stud farm Gestüt Fährhof.
